Electra is a daughter of the BWP ambassador Clinton. This son of Corrado I caused a furore in the international showjumping world. In partnership with Dirk Demeersman, Clinton participated at World Equestrian Games, Nations’ Cups, World Cup classes, the San Patrignano European Championship and ‘last but not least’ the Athens Olympic games where he ended fourth individually. Clinton is ranked 18th in the ‘WBFSH/Rolex Sire ranking 2018 jumping’, thanks to descendants, such as Clinta, Suspens Floreval, About A Dream, Tic Tac, Cliffton Belesbat, Cordess and many others.

In Clinton’s offspring at 1m60 level, it’s remarkable that Clinton and daughters of Heartbreaker match very well. There are several examples of the successful formula Clinton crossed with a daughter of Heartbreaker, amongst them Utrillo van de Heffinck (Walter Lapertot and Franke Sloothaak, 4*), Via Volo van de Molendreef (Elizabeth Madden, 5*), Cornet Obolensky (ex-Windows van het Costersveld, Marco Kutscher, 5* and the Beijng Olympic games), ASB Conquistador (ex-Bush VD Heffinck, Karl Cook, 5*), Bario van ’t Martensdonkerf (Jonathan Gordon, 5*), Darlon van Groenhove (Clementine Goutal and Andres Rodriguez, 5*), Consul de la Vie Z (Tony Cadet, 4*) and Cordess 2 (Christian Kukuk and Philipp Weishaupt, 5*). We have good news: Electra is also bred according to this successful formula. Her dam, Paloma, is a daughter of Heartbreaker. She makes part of the dam line of Koteusi and produced the approved stallion Back Gammon (by Montender). Electra is in foal of Stakkato Gold.
