INDRA VAN DEN BISSCHOP, A FULL SISTER TO DULF AND HOLLAND VAN DEN BISSCHOP

Thanks to studfarm ‘van den Bisschop’ one gets the opportunity to buy a daughter of the living legend Heartbreaker. Do we still need to present Heartbreaker? He is ranked 27th in the most recent WBFSH/Rolex ranking for the best suppliers of showjumping horses. At the age of nine, Heartbreaker participated already in several Grands Prix, at 1m60 level. One of the highlights in his international sports career is the fourth place in the Aachen Grand Prix. His rider, Peter Geerink, once declared: ‘He has the heart of a lion and many great horses should be jealous of his canter.’ Moreover, his descendants inherit his prudence, scope, reflexes and very good mentality.

Indra’s dam, Secret Love Wonderland, also enjoys a very good reputation in the world of breeding showjumping horses. This daughter of Libero H produced four approved stallions, namely Dulf van den Bisschop, Arizona (ex-Flinston van den Bisschop), Holland van den Bisschop and Maestro van den Bisschop. Secret Love Wonderland’s business card also belongs to showjumping at the highest level, for instance as dam of Holland van den Bisschop (performs at 1m60 level, under the saddle of Remco Been), Estina van den Bisschop (participated in 2013 at World Cup classes, in partnership with Samantha McIntosh) and the BWP ambassador Dulf van den Bisschop. Indra is a full sister to Dulf, Estina and Holland. Indra herself produced the seven-year-old Macho VD Bisschop (1m35 to 1m40-level in showjumping classes for young horses, Tolga Aksoyek). Knowing that Heartbreaker is only available via ICSI and taking into account that Indra makes part of a valuable dam line, we can say that we have to deal with a top opportunity.

Indra will be sold, together with two embryos: one by Unrano De Cartigny, the other by Opium JW van de Moerhoeve!
