KORNETTA D’HEYBOGHT, COMBINES THE PROGENITORS CORNET OBOLENSKY AND CASSINI

Kornetta d’Heyboght is a daughter of Windows VH Costersveld (alias Cornet Obolensky).Partnered with Marco Kutscher, Cornet Obolensky performed in the international showjumping world at the highest level. Some of his highlights: World Cup qualifier winner in Zürich (five-star 1m60), second in the Doha Grand Prix (GCT, five-star 1m60), fourth in the Rome Grand Prix (five-star 1m60), fourth in the Stuttgart World Cup qualifier (five-star 1m60), and many other victories and honourable placings. Cornet Obolensky and Kutscher were also contributors to the success of the German team, including gold in Rome and Barcelona. Many of Cornet Obolensky’s descendants are following in the hoofprints of their illustrious sire, such as Cornet d’Amour (Daniel Deusser), Cornado NRW (Marcus Ehning), Cornado II (Christian Ahlmann) and Corbinian (Steve Guerdat). During the Göteborg 2016 World Cup final, victory went to the Cornet Obolensky son Corbinian. In the 2017 edition Cornet Obolensky was represented by two descendants, namely Clooney (Martin Fuchs) and Cornet Kalua (Max Kühner). In the most recent WBFSH ranking for the best suppliers of showjumping horses, Cornet Obolensky is ranked third.

Kornetta d’Heyboght’s dam, Carol, is a daughter of progenitor Cassini I and belongs to the Holstein breeding family 2839. Catalan, King Z, Landgraf Georg, Locando and Lortino also belong to this family. Tispe, Carol’s great-grandmother, produced PGL Cronus (five-star level, 1m60, partnered with Linnea Ericsson-Carey and four-star level under the saddle of Mille Bisgaard) and the international Grand Prix dressage horse Lagerfeld 14 (Robert Acs). The buyer of Kornetta d’Heyboght can do a profitable investment. Last year, Queen van het Costersveld,  a filly by For Pleasure out of Kornetta d’Heyboght, was sold at 22,000 euros at the occasion of the “Foal Auction 111”.
