ABOUT
The Holsteiner Carisco was among the premium lot at his approval in Holstein and he was sold afterwards at the auction for a small fortune to the Spanish stud farm Campos. As a 4 year old this son of Caretino jumped successfully with Niels Bruynseels in the winter competition and soon thereafter left for stud service at Campos.This past summer Carisco made a remarkable comeback in Belgium with Gregory Wathelet, who prepared him for an international career.
Up On Top Ter Velde, the mother of Ipon ter Velde is a daughter of Palestro v/d Begijnakker who himself jumped internationally and further has the valuable bloodline of Lys de Darmen, who is one of the most successful dam-makers of Europe.
