The Utrillo son Basje was an absolute top horse under the saddle of Koen Vereecke when he got sold to Ian Millar in Canada. They renamed him Dryden and under that name this stallion features pretty regularly at the top of the results in the Grand prix.Modena d’Auvry, the mother of Jaquette is a daughter of the excellent French stallion Vas Y Donc Longane.
Modena jumped with the young horses before she was put into stud. The granddam, Quina, is none less then the full sister of the top stallions Toulon and Vancouver d’Auvry who both jumped at international level.
