Lieke is a striking pony filly with a fine exterior and excellent gaits with which she waltzes through the court. Her pedigree only shows in the direction of a special horse.
Her father, the young and promising pony stallion Gero van de Vondelhoeve, already possesses an excellent list of prizes among which provincial champ.. He himself is a Vario van de Mispelaere son, who has been sold abroad for an astronomical sum. His mother, Kantjes Madonna, produced the very good breeding pony stallion, Calypso van de Vondelhoeve.
Lieke’s mother, Imke van de Groenheuvel, has never been away from the top 3 in provincial and national contests. And grand-mother Daisy has already been twice national exterior champion.
This explains Lieke’s magnificent exterior.
Grand-mother Daisy has been in Belgium since a few years only. In Germany , she already produced 2 state premium dams and 2 coloured sons, of who one became a Bundessieger stallion this year.
From the mother line are derived top German testators like: Derbingo, Domingo, Dancer…
As Daisy’s father we come across the 32-year-old legendary pony stallion Nantano, who gave more than 50 coloured sons. The best known is no doubt Nabor who has given a lot of ponies in Belgium.
All these characteristics turn Lieke van de Groenheuvel in a super best pony for sports and breeding!
