IGOR VAN DE HEIBOS AND OTHER REFERENCES IMPRESS IN OCTOBER

Nov 1, 2019

The Horseman Elite Auction has been around for many years and that can be seen by our successful references! The good results in October, for example, started in Russia, where Vasilisa Erastova and Nabisco van de Doornhaag (by Bisquet Balou vd Mispelaere) jumped into the prizes during CSI* Moscow. They gained a 9th and 13th place and became 5th a week later. In Estonia it was Piret Ervald who won prizes with Joie de Ma Vie (by Pommeau du Heup). They gained a 5th place in the 1m50 cmass and also became 10th in the CSI2* -W of Tallinn.

Our references also jumped well in Vilamoura, Portugal, where Carlota Elias da Costa Fernandes achieved twice an 8th place with Jumbo (by Vertigo Saint-Benoit). A few kilometers away Liesje Vanderwegen appeared at the start in Valencia, Spain. With New-Light van het Rezenhof (by Cooper van de Heffinck) she achieved a 2nd, 5th and 10th place. Closer to home, in Kronenberg in the Netherlands Sofie Yderstraede Bucka also did well with El Ninjo van de Kwade Heyde (by Heartbreaker). They achieved a 15th and 17th place in the 1m35 and finished with a 2nd place in the 1m40 on Sunday!

In mighty America, Tracy Fenney was able to impress with Igor van de Heibos (by Lord Z). They achieved an 11th place in the CSI3* 1m45 class in Tryon and one week later they became 3rd in the CSI2* Grand Prix. They also participated in the 1m60 high CSI5* Grand Prix of Tryon, where they effortlessly qualified for the jump-off! Unfortunately the duo received 4 penalty points here, so they had to be satisfied with a 12th place.

In addition, the younger references impress as well. During CSIYH Le Mans, Edouard Mathe and Moody (by Ugano Sitte) effortlessly remained clear in the classes for 7-year-old horses. The also 7-year-old Moncherie-K van 't Kattenheye (by Action-Breaker) in turn came to the start in the CSI2* classes of Lier where he achieved an 8th place in the 1m35 and a 15th place in the 1m40 under the saddle of Matthias Hens. Finally, Charlotte Spaas Levallois, put the cherry on the cake. With Opus One (by Diamant de Semilly) she achieved a 1st and 11th place in the class for 5-year-old horses during CSIYH Oliva.
